These shoes are exactly what I expected!! They are too cute! She's gotten compliments on how cute they are, she doesn't complain of any discomfort, & she has a high arch on top of her foot & these shoes are not a problem. I would definitely recommend these. God Bless!

The new Balance Cookie monster shoes are adorable and my son loves looking at them, making his cookie monster noises. However, the shoe laces are constantly untied, even when double knotted, and the ends of them completely frayed and needed to be replaced after only three weeks of wear. Also, the black suede began to rub off and turn gray after the first day of wear and the cookie monster inside on the sole disappeared after only one week. They are cute and comfy but I would not advise paying full price for them.

I am really disappointed in this product. They are very cute and go well with most every outfit,However I am disappointed in the quality of this product. I thought that because I have always enjoyed my NB sneakers that I was making a good choice for my son...well I was wrong. They do not have enough tread and I can not tell you how many times he has fallen,slipped and tripped. He doesn't have a problem with his other shoes or sneakers.
I would NOT recommend this product for a friend of mine that is for sure. For the price I paid I am VERY disappointed and plan to write to the company too.
