 Lock laces work well November 2, 2008

The laces were easy to put on the shoe and stayed tight no matter what. They were a bit difficult to loosen when putting on. They are too difficult for a little child to use. The elastic pulls too tight for their little fingers to be able to loosen to get the shoe on with out some help. I was hoping this would be an easy solution for my 6 year old to get his shoes off and on quickly when needed at school. The laces didn't work so well for him. But, I would use them again.

I bought them for my son who doesn't like shoe strings because they are always coming untied. I have not heard any complaints from him since he started using these. He can make them as loose or tight as he likes. Of course they are still fairly new (one Month in use)and I hope they don't break down and stop working as soon as I write this! As of now though they are great.

These were exactly what I was looking for...made my hikers slip on. They are perfect. One reviewer commented that they were too short. I wear size 13 and had to skip the top holes, but this usually happens with normal laces for me anyway.

These make a huge difference in the life of a four year old. Regular laces kept coming untied and his teacher asked for the information to pass along to others who were having the same problem.
