I had been using the walmart brand pre-workout blend and this blows it out of the water. Gives me good energy to make it through the insanity workouts on 1 scoop. After insanity, i'll but upping to 2 scoops when i got back through p90x.
Only drawback is several times i've still been "jacked up" for about an hour after the workout - tough to sit still.

I am a 19 year old male, 5'10" and 160 pounds. I have used N.O.XPLODE, N.O.VAPOR, SP250, and ENDORUSH and got good results from them all. The man at GNC told me about Jack3d 2 months ago stating that "It's like Xplode without the unwanted side effects".
He was correct. Jack3d has never given me a stomach ache and I just finished my 2nd bottle. It works best taken on a light stomach (not immediately after eating). I am one of the numerous people who felt the strange tingling sensation in the body my first few times trying Jack3d. It made my fingertips numb for around 30 minutes until I began lifting hard. I wouldn't say I loved the tingling feeling but it was nice to know I ingested something powerful.
The serving scoops are TINY. 1 Scoop is about 1/5th the size of Xplode scoops. My first few times taking it I only used around 1 1/2 scoops and it worked great. Naturally, you gain a small tolerance and I now take 2 full scoops after eating breakfast. Within 15 minutes you know its working, your body warms up and you feel ready for anything. I haven't noticed the 'tunnel vision' feeling you get from other supplements.
Now complete with my second bottle, I am going to order a 3rd. I get excited every night for lifting the next day thanks to jack3d. I must admit however, Jack3d isn't working quite as well as it did at first, but that is going to happen after ingesting 90 servings of a product. They say taking a break will reset your tolerance, but it still works very well without any side effects so I see no reason to take a break (Yet atleast).
BOTTOM LINE: If you are looking for preworkout energy that will improve your workouts, provide a clean energy buzz with the least side effects, and cost you less than half as much as other supplements, absolutely try Jack3d.
