I paid for and received the product with no problem. I thought when I first tried it sitting at my computer that it worked well however, after a workout on my treadmill, I got off and sat down as per instructions, and applied the meter carefully to my fore finger. I was surprised to see a reading of 146 pulse. I immediately checked my pulse at my wrist in the normal hospital manner, with the second hand on my watch and it was 122 pulse. I repeated this procedure the next day with similar results.
I can only say that although it appears well made, it is extremely inacurate at higher readings which is where it would be mostly used.

This item is useful for anyone that has a breathing problem. Or if you think you have a problem it gives you the information you need to speak to your physician
about it.

I wish I'd bought one long before I did.

5 out of 5 stars worth the time researching.   August 29, 2010

After a lot of time researching Finger Pulse Oximeters. This product was the "Best Buy"
The degree of accuracy, compared to more expensive models used in a Cardio Clinic, was as good.

The Clinic, after checking out mine ordered 3 for themselves.

Numbers don't register as close as they do on my Nonin - which is always on target with PR and the Dr, so I cannot trust the readout.
