Amazingly Effective for Tendonitis July 9, 2010

I purchased this because I'd read about its use in traditional oriental medicine as a curative for broken bones. I had a fractured foot that was not healing after four months, and I was trying to avoid surgery. Not only did it heal my broken bone, it also gave me relief from the crippling tendonitis I'd been suffering with in my right hand and pain from an impinged shoulder muscle.
It might not work equally well for everyone, but it certainly worked well for me. I don't like having to rely on pain medication, and I haven't needed any ibuprofen or naproxen sodium for tendon or muscle pain since I started taking this.

I was told about this by a few friends so I thought I'd give it a try and low and behold my joints feel a whole lot better and I will continue to take this supplement. If you have joint pain, I would defiantly try SuperCissus, one because the price isn't that bad, and two it seems to work for the people that recommended it to me and for myself. I have a torn ligament and tendinitis in my wrist and have been suffering a lot of pain for a good while now and have really noticed a difference during my daily activities since I have been taking SuperCissus.

As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practioner I was in need of a supplement to help with joint pain. Glucosamin was not cutting it. I take fish oil but needed more to help. After hearing the talk about super cissus rx around the gym i decided to try it. It was expensive here at the local vitamin shop, so I was tentative. I did the loading phase which was pretty much one bottle over 14 days. Before the last of the bottle was gone i remember waking up one morning and realizing that my back pain was not lingering around as much, a quick stretch and my back would feel better. Usually it lingers till about mid-morning. My wrists were no longer aching when i would do my morning push ups. My elbows and shoulders stopped aching from my pull ups. Oh and my finger aches also stopped, hello grips! Along with that little aches and pains from 7 years of BJJ were also gone! I couldn't believe that i was feeling so much better from this stuff! Since then I have not stopped taking it, i take 3 in morning and 2 at night which is what I found to be a good maintenance dose. I recommend eating right after each dose. My best advice is to shop online to get the best price!

This stuff is like taking Advil for muscle and joint pain. It does have anti-inflammatory properties for your body aches (joint pain for me) which you can tell 30 minutes after taking so no "loading phase" was required. I'm not sure about long term benefits or speeding up healing and recovery since I've only have taken it a few weeks. I take it before bedtime since it will helps me relax as well.

I was suffering with two sore elbows...and researched enough material to decide that this was for me! Being eager to get back into my workout routine...I started the dosage for the "immediate results". 3 days into it... I started to develop a case of hemerrhoids. This was not just an "apply an onitment" rhoid...this was hurting when I sat and throbbed like you wouldn't believe...I immediately stopped taking the Cissus and the swelling went down...Now I am experiencing extreem abdominal pains that I will attribute to this drug and am seeking medical attention due to the level of pain...Im not saying this is common...but this is my story!
